I offer both in studio classes and online classes via Zoom. You can expect to sweat, smile and test your limits while moving to a curated playlist.

My online classes are $5 for most. I intend to keep the cost of classes low to make them accessible.

Studio Classes

Due to the rise of Covid-19 cases, the City of Los Angeles has imposed new restrictions. All gyms and yoga studios are temporarily closed. When this restriction is lifted, I will be teaching in studio classes exclusively for Hot8 Yoga.

In the meantime, I will be teaching classes online via Zoom. I will be posting a schedule of my online classes soon.
